- 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date.
- No refund for no-shows or if guests fail to arrive at the agreed pickup location and time.
- In the event of flight delays or schedule changes, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust the service based on availability.
- If severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances make the service impossible to operate, alternative arrangements or a refund will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
