Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
- No-shows or failure to appear at the pickup location will be treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
- In case of bad weather, safety issues, or unexpected local conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or a full/partial refund will be offered depending on services already used.
- Baby turtle release activity is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed; no refund will be issued if this activity is not available on the day.
