By booking a tour with Bali Driver Luxury Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your travel services.

1. The Service Contract

All travel services, guiding, and logistics are provided directly by Bali Driver Luxury Tour.

Technological Disclaimer:

This website and booking engine are powered by BSO Pro. You acknowledge that BSO Pro is solely a technology provider and is NOT responsible for any injuries, losses, or disputes arising from the actual tour services provided by the Agent.

2. Booking & Payments

/ Bookings are confirmed only after the required payment or deposit is received.
/ All prices are inclusive of the items mentioned in the "Inclusions" section of the specific product page.
/ We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not completed within the specified timeframe.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Policy for this Package

100% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date.
No refund for no-shows or if guests fail to arrive at the agreed pickup location and time.
In the event of flight delays or schedule changes, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust the service based on availability.
If severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances make the service impossible to operate, alternative arrangements or a refund will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for their own health, travel insurance, and valid travel documents (passports/visas). Bali Driver Luxury Tour is not liable for accidents, force majeure, or delays caused by third-party transportation providers.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
