By booking a tour with Bali Driver Luxury Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your travel services.

1. The Service Contract

All travel services, guiding, and logistics are provided directly by Bali Driver Luxury Tour.

Technological Disclaimer:

This website and booking engine are powered by BSO Pro. You acknowledge that BSO Pro is solely a technology provider and is NOT responsible for any injuries, losses, or disputes arising from the actual tour services provided by the Agent.

2. Booking & Payments

/ Bookings are confirmed only after the required payment or deposit is received.
/ All prices are inclusive of the items mentioned in the "Inclusions" section of the specific product page.
/ We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not completed within the specified timeframe.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Policy for this Package

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start date for a full refund. Cancellations made withinFree cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour starts are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals that result in a missed tour or fast boat departure. If the tour is canceled due to severe weather, unsafe sea conditions, or other unforeseen operational circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 24 hours of the departure date are non-refundable.

4. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for their own health, travel insurance, and valid travel documents (passports/visas). Bali Driver Luxury Tour is not liable for accidents, force majeure, or delays caused by third-party transportation providers.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
